EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the last item in your order, including weekends and public holidays, without giving any reason.

How to submit a request: Log in to your customer account at https://account.museandmint.com, go to "Orders", select the relevant order, and submit a return or cancellation request.

Refunds: Once your withdrawal is confirmed, we will refund your payment, including standard outbound shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Exceptions: The right of withdrawal does not apply to: unsealed hygiene or pet care products, or items made to your specification.
